Who we are
The Good News City Church (GNCC) is responsible for determining why and how information submitted through its ministry channels is used. Privacy questions may be sent to info@thegoodnewscitychurch.org or raised by calling +1 414 667 0872.
Information we may receive
Depending on your interaction, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, request type, prayer request, ministry or booking information, messages you voluntarily submit, and basic technical or security information needed to operate the website.
GNCC does not ask website visitors to submit passwords, PINs, card security codes, online-banking passwords, or identity-document scans unless a separate legitimate process specifically requires information and proper safeguards are provided.
Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide prayer or ministry support, process ministry requests, support church connection and bookings, assist with giving or partnership, prevent abuse, protect security, and comply with applicable legal obligations. GNCC does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Prayer requests & sensitive information
Prayer and ministry correspondence can contain highly personal information. Share only what you are comfortable providing. Please do not send bank credentials, passwords, PINs, identity documents, or unnecessary medical records.
Access should be limited to authorised people who need the information for the ministry purpose for which it was provided. GNCC does not promise absolute confidentiality.
Consent
Where GNCC relies on consent, it should be freely given. You may withdraw it by emailing info@thegoodnewscitychurch.org. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Data minimisation
GNCC seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant ministry purpose.
Storage and website architecture
The GNCC website currently processes and stores general website contact, prayer, and ministry-request submissions using its United States-hosted website infrastructure.
GNCC may change its hosting and processing arrangements as its ministry, technical infrastructure, and applicable requirements develop. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights or requirements may apply. United States hosting does not override applicable requirements in another location.

Third-party services
GNCC links to or uses external providers including YouVersion, PayPal, Cash App, Amazon, and WhatsApp. Once you continue to them, those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. GNCC does not control their systems or policies.
Retention
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable ministry administration, security, dispute handling, or legal requirements.
Rights & requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@thegoodnewscitychurch.org. A deletion request may not override a legal requirement to retain information.
Children & minors
The general GNCC website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parent or legal-guardian involvement. If a minor needs ministry support, a parent or legal guardian should contact GNCC or participate in the submission.
Security
GNCC seeks to use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and ministry activity involved. No website or communication method can remove every risk.
Changes to this policy
GNCC may update this policy as systems, ministry activities, or applicable requirements change.
