Giving as voluntary worship
Each person should give freely, prayerfully, and according to their own conviction and circumstances. Giving is not required to access prayer or ordinary ministry care.
Available giving purposes
The Give experience may offer Tithe, Offering, Seed Faith, Support Gift, and Partnership. Choose the purpose that accurately reflects your intention.
Payment providers
PayPal, Cash App, bank transfer, and MTN MoMo may involve external systems with their own terms, security practices, processing times, fees, and currency handling.
Bank and Mobile Money instructions
The Give dialog is the canonical payment-instruction experience. Check the recipient and payment reference carefully before authorising a transaction. This policy does not reproduce full account details.
External payment completion
Opening a provider or viewing instructions does not complete a payment. GNCC’s website must not claim success unless confirmation actually exists. Keep the confirmation supplied by your provider or bank.
No guaranteed financial return
A gift is not an investment product and does not guarantee wealth, healing, favour, or any financial return. GNCC may pray with and pastor people while remaining transparent about this distinction.
Payment confirmation
Provider records, bank records, and verified GNCC records may be used to confirm whether a payment was completed. A browser screen alone is not proof of receipt.
Mistaken or duplicate payments
Contact the Giving & Partnership team promptly. Resolution may depend on the payment provider, bank, transaction status, applicable rules, and circumstances. An automatic refund cannot be promised.
Books and resources
Books or resources offered through Amazon or another external seller are purchased under that seller’s availability, delivery, return, and transaction terms. Giving and purchases should be treated as distinct transactions.
Security
Never send GNCC your PIN, online-banking password, card security code, or full payment credentials. Confirm that you are using the payment instructions shown in the GNCC Give dialog and the genuine provider service.
